What is Functional Nutrition?

Functional Nutrition, derived from Functional Medicine, fills a gap in healthcare. While conventional medicine treats symptoms ("branches"), Functional Nutrition focuses on the "roots" and the "soil." It takes a zoomed out look at a whole person. It works with systems and frameworks to address root causes.

Do you meet in person or online?

I meet with all of my clients virtually via Zoom.

Do you accept HSA/FSA? Insurance?

Yes, I accept HSA/FSA.

No, I do not accept insurance, however, I can provide visit notes and superbills upon request for clients who would like to request reimbursement from their insurance company.

Do you offer payment plans?

I can accept payment through PayPal Financing which will allow you to pay over time. I also accept credit card payments and HSA/FSA.

Do you offer single sessions?

Due to the nature of Functional Nutrition counseling which requires an in-depth client intake progress and ongoing mentorship and accountability, I do not offer single sessions. Click here to view my 3-month package!
